Prayer
Holy Spirit, wash the images of perversion and idolatry from my temple walls, and remove the spirits that are putting those images on my walls in the name of Jesus Christ.
Breakdown
Unclean spirits put unclean thoughts and imaginations in your temple. And because you are a literal temple in the spirit, they draw these things on the walls of your temple, we just ask God to wash it.

I command 7 days of restoration and sanctification to come upon my (body part, mind, spirit, heart, soul, eyes, wrists, muscles, really anywhere you need restoration) in the name of Jesus Christ.
Breakdown
7 days is God's time period of restoration and sanctification. God created in 6 days then rested on the 7th. 7 brings that rest your body needs. Start taking rest more serious!

I command my spirit to stand up and I cast my spirit out of the land of slumber in the name of Jesus Christ.
Breakdown
When your spirit is laying down you get the desire to lay down and do nothing. All throughout the bible we read about different locations, and your spirit can enter into different spiritual locations as well.

Job 38:30 The waters are hid as with a stone, and the face of the deep is frozen.

I loose the frost of the face of the deep off the flesh of my skin (you can say a specific body part, flesh of my skin addresses the whole body) in the name of Jesus Christ
Breakdown
Frost is a spiritual feeling, and when the cold around you becomes nearly unbearable, it's due to this spiritual entity, frost.

I loose the dust of death off ("the flesh of my skin" works in general, as well as saying the specific body part) in the name of Jesus Christ.

It's the dust of death that removes moisture. Anything that has to do with bodily dryness, dry bones, cracking teeth, etc, this will apply to. Just have faith and believe. But general dehydration in the body is quickly resolved with this. STILL DRINK WATER

Leviticus 17:11 For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul.

numbness in body parts, tingling feeling, low blood flow, low oxygen, poor circulation, blood clots, shortness of breath
Prayer
I command the blood to flow in my (body part) in Jesus name.
Breakdown
This one takes a min or so of continual commanding, but we have power in Jesus name to speak life and command it. When your leg falls asleep the blood stopped flowing to it, just tell the blood where to go.

I loose the shadow of death off my heart in the name of Jesus Christ.

The shadow of death is described in a lot of places and when this shadow is casted in your heart, panic attacks happen.
